Leveraging forty years at the intersection of technology, business communications and mental health-based professional development programs, she is the embodiment of I AM WHO I SAY I AM. Mischa is overcoming 48 years of alcoholism and 37 years of bipolar disorder to live her purpose of empowering others to believe in themselves and take bold action to positively impact the lives of others.

A visionary strategist at the intersection of law, technology, organizational development, and women’s leadership, Ifeoluwa Johnson brings over a decade of experience spanning legal advisory, customer success, product and project management, and community development. She transforms complex challenges into clear strategic pathways, builds resilient partnerships, and creates initiatives that empower women and youth across diverse sectors.
As principal strategic advisor to Founder and CEO Mischa Martineau, she shapes organizational priorities, long-term planning, and global expansion, leading initiatives like the Dream Team Early Access Program, emerging partnerships in Nigeria and internationally, and the organization’s digital learning, technology, and women’s empowerment programs. Her guidance strengthens the product roadmap, delivery architecture, and operational systems for sustainable global impact.
Ifeoluwa also serves as Assistant Secretary of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Nigeria, Abuja branch, developing student leadership pipelines, institutional partnerships, and capacity-building programs for young women in law and leadership. She is Founder of IJ Luminary Law Firm, providing corporate and commercial advisory. Her passion for cross-sector collaboration, digital inclusion, and gender-responsive development aligns with advancing women in technology and building stronger communities.
Haeri Roh-Schmidt, PhD

Haeri is a seasoned global business executive with over two decades of experience in the nutrition industry. She holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and began her career researching antisense-RNA-driven cancer therapies as a Postdoctoral Fellow. Transitioning into the nutrition sector, she applied her deep understanding of cellular responses to chemical compounds to the development of health-enhancing nutritional products.
Throughout her career, Haeri has led key functions including Product Research and Development, Technology Innovation, Regulatory Policy, Sales and Marketing, and Procurement across both B2B and B2C environments. Her leadership has driven organizational transformation in international markets, supported by her extensive experience navigating diverse business cultures worldwide.
Currently, Haeri heads the Product Innovations team at Herbalife, a global leader in health and nutrition. Her focus includes platform development, rapid product iteration, and commercialization of innovative solutions. Prior to joining Herbalife, she spent seven years at DSM, where she held roles such as Global Strategic Key Account Director, ASEAN Sales Director, and Head of APAC Food and Beverage Marketing and Innovation. Her contributions at DSM led to enhanced customer engagement, significant market share growth, and improved supply chain efficiency.
